You will receive an initial appointment via phone/video, or face to face. This will be with a qualified physiotherapist.
You can expect to receive
Treatments will be discussed and will include the risks and benefits of the different options.
You may have subsequent sessions within the service from after your initial meeting. This could be with experienced exercise rehabilitation instructors who run exercise classes and also work 1:1 with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
We also continue to improve links within the local community to help signpost you to activities and groups that may help to support you in your recovery in the longer term.
We work with our health and care partners to plan services and improve our populations health and wellbeing.
Emergency Departments (A&E) and 999 are for life threatening emergencies.
