Know Your Numbers! Week
Know Your Numbers Week runs from 2 to 8 September.
The aim is to reach people who have high blood pressure and don’t know it, so they can get the treatment and support they need to bring it under control. More here: Blood Pressure UK
NHS services to help you stay well all year round
GP collective action
We are asking the public to continue to ask for care during collective action by GPs.
GP practices will remain open and patients should continue to contact their practice as normal such as to book an appointment. Patients should also attend a scheduled appointment at their practice unless told otherwise. More information here
