This free to attend course provides a safe and supportive space for sharing experiences and approaches to self-management of the condition.

Pump it up! is a heart and blood pressure awareness drive in Buckinghamshire kicking off with the offer of free to use health stations in Aylesbury and Wycombe. Anyone can go along and measure their blood pressure over the next few weeks.

Carers Week runs from Monday 5 to Saturday 11 June. It’s an annual campaign to help raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges all carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities.
